comment to gastronomy... first evening we had fish for dinner, and the fish was very dry, why I did not want to eat it. Told the waiter the reason for not eating the fish. Furthermore, working in a restaurant, the staff - no matter which function you have - have a smile on your face. Great your guest welcome. Some people should be told this !
