A smooth journey by train is guaranteed. The train station is only 150 m from our hotel. It's that easy!

Long-distance trains from all over Germany and Europe arrive in Munich several times a day. You can then transfer to the BOB (Bayrische Oberlandbahn), which takes you quickly and directly from the state capital to Bayrischzell train station.

Tipp: GETTING AROUND WITH OUR BMW I3: Our hotel has new e-cars, which you can hire at any time for a fee of € 50.00 per day. This will allow you to explore our beautiful region at your own pace and in an environmentally friendly manner. Our e-charging stations are available to you free of charge.

• Arriving from the north: Take the A8 Munich - Salzburg motorway to the Weyarn exit and then the B472/B307 via Miesbach to Bayrischzell
• Arriving from the south: Take the A8 Salzburg - Munich motorway to the Irschenberg exit and then the B472/B307 via Miesbach to Bayrischzell.
• Arriving from the south: Take the A12 (Inntal) autobahn Kufstein - Munich to the Kufstein Nord exit, then head towards Kiefersfelden/Thiersee, at the roundabout continue in the direction of Thiersee and then turn left onto Thierseestraße, follow this road via Thiersee and Landl to Bayrischzell.

• In Bayrischzell drive in the direction of the train station, then turn into Kranzerstraße 6.
• A free car park is available directly opposite the hotel (150 m on foot). Reserving a space in advance is not necessary. You will receive the parking permit at the reception when you check-in.

Munich Airport is about 1 to 1.5 hours drive (109 km) from Bayrischzell. There is a regular S-bahn service that takes you with the S-Bahn lines S1 and S8 directly to Munich Central Station (Arnulfstraße). There is also an airport bus to Munich Central Station. From there you can hop on the BOB, which runs every hour.

We offer our guests hot meals until 9 pm. We therefore kindly ask you to plan your dinner time until 8 pm.

If you have of any intolerances, allergies or food preferences (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), please let us know well in advance.

We kindly ask groups to clarify how the total bill is to be paid and what each guest has to pay for themselves.

The free car park (approx. 75 parking spaces) is located directly opposite the hotel (150 m away on foot). This is an outdoor parking space, there is no garage. A reservation in advance is not necessary; You will receive the parking permit at check-in.

Reservations must be made in writing. You will then receive a reservation confirmation from us, as well as our General Terms and Conditions.
Our terms and conditions include provisions governing last minute changes in the number of participants or cancellations. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that other events may be held on our premises on the same day as your event.

Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.
If you are expecting to arrive after 6 pm, please call to let us know in advance.

Check-in

The rooms are available from 4 pm. If you are planning to arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage at the reception and use our sauna area to change or shower. Alternatively, you are welcome to ask our staff at the reception for an early check-in for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Check-out

We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11 am so that we can clean the rooms for subsequent guests. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception and use our sauna area to change or shower.

If you would like a late check-out so that you can enjoy our hotel and the beautiful surroundings a little longer, please feel free to ask our reception. A small additional fee applies for late check-outs.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation from us with a request for a deposit within 14 days. The invoice with the remaining amount will be sent to you via post after your event and must be paid within 10 days without deduction. Please let us know the details for the invoice at least one week before your arrival, as well as the exact details of the billing address (incl. supplier number, cost centre, etc.)

If your participants are required to pay their own costs at the hotel, we kindly ask that you inform us of their billing addresses in advance. We accept the following payment methods:

In order to make the necessary preparations to ensure that your conference runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to send us a detailed timetable for your event.
