Getting around the region with our BMW i3
Our hotel offers guests the opportunity to hire e-cars, which you can rent at any time for €30.00 per day. We keep you mobile here, so that you can explore our beautiful region comfortably and in an environmentally friendly manner. Use of our e-charging stations is free of charge.
Bayerische Oberlandbahn (BOB)
Pop up to Munich and back. The BOB takes you quickly and comfortably to Munich Central Station. The train service offers a fast and smooth connection for arriving and departing hotel guests as well as for a day trips – and runs every hour.
The Bayrischzell train station (terminus) is only 150 m away from our hotel, so you are within walking distance of your holiday!
Ski, cross-country and hiking bus
The Bayrischzell ski bus runs daily in the winter season. Leave your car at home and simply use our free ski bus. The ski bus takes you directly to the Sudelfeld ski area or to the Bäckeralm, Zipflwirt and Geitau cross-country skiing areas. Only runs when skiing and cross-country skiing services are in operation.
For diligent long-distance hikers, the municipality of Bayrischzell also offers its guests a hiking bus, which will take you to places where there is no public transport (e.g. Ursprungtal valley). You can use this service to get to the starting point of the hike or to be picked up from your hiking destination.
We will register you with the Tourist Info Bayrischzell on +49 8023 648. Please let us know at least one day in advance. This offer is free of charge and only applies to Bayrischzell guests with a guest card.
The hiking bus runs from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, only by arrangement and subject to availability.
RVO bus
In Bayrischzell and in the Leitzach and Schlierachtal valleys, you can use the RVO bus free of charge with your guest card.
Schliersee – Kufstein: Excursion bus
Hiking on the Ackernalm alpine pasture near Landl, swimming in Lake Thiersee or experiencing Tyrolean charm in a city known as the 'Pearl of Tyrol': the excursion bus from Schliersee via Fischbachau and Bayrischzell to Kufstein offers you an opportunity to venture on one of the many excursions available in the Tyrolean lowlands. You can use the bus for free with your guest card.

Wendelstein ring line
You can go around Mt. Wendelstein with the Wendelstein ring line, which operates from May to the end of October.
