Great hotel and staff and instalations but the food was terrible! Poor selection, mediocre buffet and taste and quality of food very dissapointing.

The stay was good, but there is an important issue you must consider. We left the baggage in the reception on our departure day and it was out of control, we get our belongings in a van of someone else and we were near to miss our baggage. We were lucky we pass through the reception in that moment and we didn't see the suitcase and asking we found the switcase in a van trunk ready for departure with another guests. It's a very important mistake, if that van was departed without our fixing error, nobody could say nothing about our baggage in reception because nobody has any control of it and we could lose our flight back home tring to find our baggage. Please, be aware that important mistake and think in a solution. That issue can spoil a great stay.
