There is a paved 20 km long cycle path around Lake Tegernsee that passes through its five municipalities: Gmund, Tegernsee, Rottach-Egern, Bad Wiessee and Kreuth.

The hike around the romantic Lake Suttensee at 980 m altitude and above the town of Rottach-Egern is a scenic highlight - well suited for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
