Family holiday at its best!

We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve our exceptional service. We prefer if you submit your feedback directly to us at the hotel, because this will give us an opportunity to thank you personally, or if there is a problem, to react immediately and find a way together. Naturally, we also appreciate other online feedback, because this also contributes to improving the guest experience. And that is our goal.

Review:
The hotel location was excellent, right by the ski gondola. The first room allocated had no view at all (faced a wall) was small and a strange layout. We didn't like it and had paid for a superior room. The reception said they allocate these rooms to tour operators. We asked to move and they did move us to a new room which was great and facing a nice view of the town/mountain, larger and better layout. Why they did not do this first time I don't know. Caused hassle for us to unpack and move and a disappointing start to the trip. We liked dinner, (half board) the food was good, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Barbara was excellent and Christian on the bar great and knew his wine very well to make nice recommendations. The spa was nice, clean, easy to use and relaxing, which we used daily after skiing. Overall we had an excellent break.

Excelent place, very close to lift. Very nice hotel surroundings and room amenities. Perfect wellness facilities. The room wasn't very warm and it wasn't possible to adjust the temperature.
